Amazing service, quality and price with a great chill atmosphere. I love coming here to study. Lindsey is the best! She’s very helpful and attentive and keeps good conversation as well. Overall, this has been my new go to after class and I love it!

St Lucie West Island root kava bar is a great atmosphere in a great location. I always have a good experience here, from the kava tenders to the people that go to the bars. I’d like to give a special thanks to the kava tender Lindsey. I recommend stopping by and saying what’s up to the workers and customers.

The tenders are welcoming and knowledgeable, the vibe is uber chill and the teas never disappoint. So thankful to have such awesomeness within a mere 10 minute drive of my front door. BULA ! !

Awesome, laid back, comfortable environment. Heard the kava tender, German, answer the phone saying “happy holidays, thank you for calling island root….” We were very impressed at the level of care and compassion he has for the kava patrons in our community. Also, great product to go with a great vibe.

We love coming here! German is amazing! Such a fun dude to have a chill convo with and share a shell or two. The vibe really is not match. Go pop in and see German. Have a shell, sip some tea and play some pool. Plus, his music selection is top notch 🙂

Sidnee, my bar tender the other day, was so nice and made me feel so welcome! The bar is very clean and well-maintained, and perhaps most importantly, the teas and shells were great. Sidnee poured me a dragonfruit bubbler tea that was just delicious, and quite strong too. I will definitely be a regular at this location!

Savannah: The Kava & Kratom Whisperer!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came into Island Root Kava Bar expecting a chill drink and some good vibes, but what I got was an experience I won’t forget—thanks to Savannah. From the second I walked in, she greeted me with a smile so warm it could melt the ice in your kratom tea. (Not that you’d want that—it’s perfect already, especially when Savannah’s behind the bar.)

She’s not just a kava expert—she’s also a kratom connoisseur. I had no clue what I wanted, but Savannah swooped in like a beverage superhero, guiding me through the menu like it was her life’s mission to make my day better. And spoiler alert: mission accomplished. She recommended the perfect kratom blend for me, and I swear, it felt like my brain got a nice little vacation.

Savannah’s customer service is next-level. She’s attentive, hilarious, and has this knack for making you feel like you’re the most important person in the room. Honestly, if they don’t already have her picture hanging up as “Employee of Forever,” they’re doing it wrong.

So, yeah, come for the kava and kratom, stay for Savannah—(And if you’re reading this, Savannah, you’re the reason I’ll be back. Don’t be surprised if I start calling it your bar.)
