Best Kava in town! Great environment! Looking for a nice chill place to relax and have a few kavas or tea, this is the one! And the owner Tony is avery nice and outgoing guy!

Love the atmosphere every time I come in. I especially love the bartenders. All of them are awesome. Island Root Kava Bars are where I want to be all the time!

Island Root is a hidden gem in Melbourne. The atmosphere is unique, inviting, and perfect for relaxing. The crowd is genuine and kind, friendly stuff and owner making it a great spot for chilling out and enjoying good conversations. It’s like a mix of a coffee shop and pub, but without the rowdiness. Definitely worth a visit!

This kava bar is a favorite. The food is good for being only toasted bar food but the beverages are spectacular quality. Top-notch service and vibes every location is excellent.
